This lively community facility at Brislington School, designed by Alec French Partnership, provides information and communications technology training in a stimulating and well-designed environment.
Up to 150 students can be accommodated in this flexible space illuminated by high levels of natural light.
The judges said
"A good building makes education a pleasure. This building represents the standards we should be aiming for across the country. Crisp, light, airy and staggering value for money, the City Learning Centre was completed to a tight programme - 10 months from conception to completion."
